Duck Hunts

Experience waterfowl hunting right here in Georgia that feels like a trip to one of the South’s legendary duck-hunting destinations. From birds working the water to those final moments over the decoys, every hunt offers the excitement and atmosphere hunters look forward to all season long.

Stay right where you hunt with comfortable lodging available on the property. Enjoy an easy morning at the lodge, then head straight out to the blind when it’s time to hunt. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a memorable duck-hunting getaway without the long trip out of state.

Duck hunts start November 7th and end February 27th.

Private Hunts offered Tuesday - Thursday

Check-in is an hour before shooting light
$25/spectator fee
Waders are suggested but not required
Hunters are welcome to bring their own dog to retrieve
Breakfast is provided after the hunt
#2's and #4's recommended. ABSOLUTELY NO LEAD SHOT
Duck stamp required to shoot native species
2-year shooting preserve license required before hunting from the Georgia DNR Website
Bird cleaning available upon request: $2/Duck Breasted
Shotgun Rentals: $35; Shells:$50/box
